We've been running injection moulding machines in Leicestershire since 1985. Over forty years, the machinery has changed significantly — the standards we hold ourselves to haven't.
We run a range of machines covering clamp forces from small precision components up to 560 tonnes, which gives us the flexibility to work across a broad range of component sizes and wall thicknesses. We work with clients running short prototype runs of a few hundred units through to sustained high-volume production.
Materials We Work With
We process a wide range of thermoplastics, including recycled and virgin variants. If your specification calls for a material that isn't listed below, send it across — we'll tell you honestly whether it's something we can process consistently.
- Polypropylene (PP) — recycled and virgin, full range of MFI grades
- Polyethylene (PE) — HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, recycled and virgin
- ABS — standard and flame retardant grades
- Polycarbonate (PC) and PC/ABS blends
- Acetal (POM) — both homo and copolymer
- Nylon (PA6 and PA66) — unfilled and glass-filled grades
- TPE and TPU for flexible components
- Specialist and compound materials — contact us with your spec
Recycled Material — Handled Properly
We've been working with recycled feedstocks for years, long before it became a commercial requirement for most manufacturers. Recycled material behaves differently to virgin — MFI varies between batches, contamination levels affect surface finish, and regrind ratios need managing carefully. We know how to handle this and we don't pass the risk on to you through inflated reject rates or quality excuses.
If your product specification requires recycled content for sustainability, regulatory or commercial reasons, we can qualify the material properly and maintain output quality across production runs.
What to Expect from Us
Send us your drawings or a sample. We'll come back with a feasibility response within 24 hours, including any design-for-manufacture observations that could affect cycle time, tooling cost or part quality. We don't wait until you've committed to tooling to flag problems — we raise them before you've spent anything.
Once sampling is approved, we agree a call-off schedule that suits your demand pattern. We don't impose minimum order quantities that make no commercial sense. We work with the volumes your business actually needs.
